All plans include the core cashflow engine, tax reports, calendar actuals tracking, CSV import/export, and document storage.
How do I upgrade?
Section titled “How do I upgrade?”Go to Settings → Plan and choose Pro or Investor, billed monthly or annually. Checkout is handled securely and your plan updates automatically once payment completes — no separate licence key step needed for the web app.
Can I enter a licence key instead?
Section titled “Can I enter a licence key instead?”Yes — if you already have a licence key (for example from the desktop app), enter it under Settings → Plan → Enter paid licence key.
What happens if I hit my Free plan’s property or account limit?
Section titled “What happens if I hit my Free plan’s property or account limit?”You’ll see a clear message when adding a new property or account past the Free plan’s limit, and the add action is blocked until you either remove an existing one or upgrade. Nothing you’ve already added is affected.
What happens if I cancel?
Section titled “What happens if I cancel?”Your plan reverts to Free at the end of your current billing period. Properties and accounts beyond the Free limits aren’t deleted — you just won’t be able to add new ones past the limit until you upgrade again.
Is my data safe if I downgrade?
Section titled “Is my data safe if I downgrade?”Yes. Property Insights never deletes your data based on plan changes — downgrading only affects which new actions are allowed (e.g. adding another property past the cap), never your existing records.
Which currencies are supported?
Section titled “Which currencies are supported?”AUD, NZD, GBP, EUR, USD, CAD, SGD, INR, and ZAR. Pro and Investor plans also get live daily exchange-rate conversion so a multi-currency portfolio can be viewed in a single currency on the Dashboard.
